How the Yearly Discount Works
When you switch to yearly billing: - You pay for 11 months and get 12 months of service - The discount is automatically applied to your invoice - Your monthly rate remains the same, you just pay less overall - The discount applies to all paid plans
Switching to Yearly Billing
From Subscription Plans Page (Recommended)
This is the quickest way to switch to yearly billing if you're already on a paid monthly plan:
- Log in to your DeployHQ account
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription Plans
- Find your current plan card (marked with "Current" badge)
- Look for the "Get 1 mo free" prompt on your plan card
- Click the Switch to Yearly button
- Confirm the change when prompted
The change will take effect on your next billing date, and you'll automatically receive the yearly discount.
When Upgrading or Setting Up Billing
When upgrading to a new plan or setting up billing for the first time:
- Click the Upgrade or Continue button on your desired plan
- In the billing dialog, select your billing frequency:
- Choose Monthly (1 month) for monthly billing
- Choose Yearly (12 months) for yearly billing with discount
- Complete your billing information and payment
- The yearly discount is automatically applied if you select yearly billing
