Your payment details page allows you to manage billing information, payment methods, and invoice preferences for your DeployHQ account.
Accessing Payment Details
- Log in to your DeployHQ account
- Navigate to Settings
- Under the Billing section, select Payment details
Managing Your Billing Information
Billing Contact
Choose which administrator should receive invoices. Only users with administrator permissions appear in this list.
Additional Email Addresses
Add multiple email addresses (comma-separated) to receive copies of invoices, useful for accounting departments or finance teams.
Billing Address
Enter your complete billing address: - Name - Address lines 1-4 - Postcode - Country
This information appears on all invoices and is required for proper billing records.
VAT Number
For EU-based companies, you can add your VAT number to receive ex-VAT invoices. VAT numbers are manually validated and processing takes up to 7 working days.
Payment Methods
DeployHQ uses Stripe for secure payment processing. In addition to credit and debit cards, we support a wide range of alternative payment methods including bank debits, digital wallets, and buy now pay later options. The payment methods available to you depend on your region and currency. For a full breakdown, see our accepted payment methods article.
Managing Your Payment Method
From the Payment details page, you can: - View your current payment method (card type and last 4 digits, or bank account details) - Click Change Card Details to add or update your payment method via a secure Stripe Checkout session
All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. DeployHQ never has direct access to your full card numbers or bank account details.
Billing Preferences
Billing Frequency
Choose between monthly or yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing offers a discount (see our yearly discount article for details).
Coupon Codes
Apply promotional or discount codes in the coupon field. Valid coupons are automatically applied to your next invoice.
Current Discounts
View all active discounts and promotions applied to your account, including: - Promotional discounts - Yearly billing discounts - Applied coupon codes
