Changing package
DeployHQ offers flexible subscription packages to match your deployment needs. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time through your account settings.
Available Packages
DeployHQ offers several packages with different features and limits:
- Free: 1 project, 5 servers, 30 build minutes/month
- Solo: 3 projects, 15 servers, 200 build minutes/month
- Pro: 10 projects, 50 servers, unlimited builds
- Business: 20 projects, 100 servers, unlimited builds
- Enterprise: 50+ projects, 250+ servers, unlimited builds

Changing Your Package
Accessing Package Settings
- Log in to your DeployHQ account
- Navigate to Settings
- Under the Billing section, select Change package
- Review available packages and their features
Upgrading Your Package
When upgrading to a higher-tier package:
- Select the package you want to upgrade to
- Review the new features and limits
- Confirm your upgrade
- If payment is required, an invoice will be generated immediately
- Your new package limits become active immediately
Upgrades take effect immediately, and any applicable discounts (such as yearly billing discounts) are automatically applied.
Downgrading Your Package
When downgrading to a lower-tier package:
- Select the package you want to downgrade to
- Complete a brief feedback survey about your experience
- Ensure your account is within the new package limits
- Confirm your downgrade
Important: Before downgrading, make sure your account doesn't exceed the new package limits: - Number of projects - Number of servers - Number of users (for packages that support multiple users)
If you exceed the limits, you'll need to remove excess resources before the downgrade can be completed.
Trial Accounts
If you're on a trial: - You can upgrade to any paid package at any time - Upgrading ends your trial period and starts regular billing - All trial data and configurations are preserved
Important Notes
- Package changes for free accounts don't require payment
- Only account administrators can change packages
- Automatic discount application during upgrades
- Downgrade surveys help us improve our service
