How do I change billing frequency in DeployHQ?

You can easily switch between monthly and yearly billing directly from your Subscription Plans page. Yearly billing gives you one month free.

Changing Billing Frequency from Subscription Plans Page

This is the quickest way to change your billing frequency if you're on a paid plan.

Switch to Yearly Billing

  1. Log into your DeployHQ account
  2. Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar
  3. Under the Billing section, select Subscription Plans
  4. Find your current plan card (marked with "Current" badge)
  5. If you're on monthly billing, you'll see a "Get 1 mo free" prompt
  6. Click the Switch to Yearly button on your current plan card
  7. Confirm the change when prompted

Your billing frequency will change to yearly starting with your next invoice, and you'll save the equivalent of one month's cost.

Switch to Monthly Billing

  1. Log into your DeployHQ account
  2. Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar
  3. Select Subscription Plans
  4. Find your current plan card (marked with "Current" badge)
  5. If you're on yearly billing, you'll see a Switch to Monthly button
  6. Click the Switch to Monthly button
  7. Confirm the change when prompted

The change will take effect at the end of your current yearly billing period. You'll keep access for the full year you've already paid for.

Changing Billing Frequency When Upgrading

When upgrading to a new plan or setting up billing for the first time:

  1. Click the Upgrade or Continue button on the plan you want
  2. In the billing dialog that appears, you'll see a billing frequency selector
  3. Choose between Monthly or Yearly (12 months)
  4. Complete your billing information and payment

The billing frequency you select will be applied immediately to your new plan.

Important Notes

  • Changes to billing frequency take effect on your next billing cycle
