Shopify - Error communicating with your server: Cannot overwrite generated asset

When trying to deploy your Shopify assets you may see the following:

Error communicating with your server: Cannot overwrite generated asset

This would be displayed as some theme assets are automatically generated by Shopify and cannot be updated through the API like other assets.

To resolve this issue you would need to add the Shopify generated assets to the excluded files list.
