We've deployed some changes to the deployment log today that will enable you to view any logged entries from SSH commands in their original highlighted colours straight from the interface, just as you'd see in your CLI. We've even added support for Blink!
You won't need to make any changes in your projects, just run a deployment with the appropriate configured commands, and the log will show any highlighted output.
